While Puerto Rico is in the Caribbean, it is part of the US. It belongs in this category. We were there during Thanksgiving Week, 2023. Our resort was the Wyndham Rio Mar, about an hour from Sn Juan. We took a tour of Old Town San Juan and drove though El Yunge National Forest. The only rain forest in the National Forests. And yes it rained, a lot.
